We are thrilled with the increase in athleticism we see in our son Nicholas after participating in your Speed and Conditioning Program the last two years. The improvements in his speed, agility and coordination are substantial. His confidence level is so much greater and he feels he can do anything. In fact, last evening after he had pushed himself as hard as he could through your practice, he announced that he believed he would be a very strong person when he grew up. What a wonderful thing to hear coming from Nick, but not surprising after witnessing the positive role model you are to these kids. 

We have sat through many a practice and have witnessed how you and each of your coaches really encourage each child to do their best. Also, the manner in which you praise the kids lends itself to the smirk of accomplishment on their faces.

Being an avid snow skier on the Flagstaff Ski Team, Nick is challenged each year to find a means to stay in shape for the next upcoming race season. Your Speed and Conditioning Program provides just that…an excellent way to keep up his stamina and strength for the upcoming season. We feel truly blessed that you provide this camp each year and look forward to participating in the years to come."

Bob and Suzy Deininger

After high school, Chad was pursued to play professional baseball in the San Diego Padre organization. He decided to play Division I college football and earned Honorable Mention All-American in 1995. In 1996 he graduated from Washington State University with a B.S. in Exercise Science. He is completing course work on a master’s degree at Northern Arizona University in Leadership Training. From 1998-2003, he played professional football in the Arena Football League for the Arizona Rattler’s (’98-’02) and the Carolina Cobras(’03). While playing professional football, Chad taught elementary physical education. He is currently teaching physical education and is the Head Football Coach at Cactus Shadows High School, Cave Creek, Arizona.
